I will keep a spreadsheet. After Christmas I will revive this thread and PM those who have already said they'd be interested and we'll get official counts and start negotiating with the company.
Does that sound OK with everyone?
Thanks for organizing Carly and Trish --- you guys are awesome. Put me down for 15 --- if I don't use some, they will make easy teacher gifts later in the year! :) I'll get back to you soon on the colors ... I need to look at the website again - but tonight I really, really have to study!!! (I'm allowing myself 15 minutes on the forum, and then cutting it off!)smile27.gif

Hey Michelle,

In response #12 the price is listed... Trish was keeping a spreadsheet of everyones responses and was going to revive the thread after the holidays to organize the order...

"I just read thru all 7 pages of the thread Ann gave and the price was $2.75, but it was only for a lump order. They are listed at $3.50 on the website. I only need 24, but perhaps over the next few months, we can get a large enough order together to get the discounted rate."

They are bigger then a scarf but smaller then a shawl. I think anyway. Like a super wide scarf or a narrow blanket. I don't know why this is so hard for me to explain! hahahahaa.

I have no clue how many people are going to Jamaica, so I was going to buy one for each OOT bag I am making and if there are any extras, it wouldn't hurt to bring them to the AHR in case anyone is cold there.

It's funny that this was bumped because I was just going to remind everyone and let our new brides know this deal was happening. Within the first couple weeks of January we will be getting together a bulk order of Pashminas for whoever is interested. Currently I have a count of 149... but many people (including myself) haven't decided on a number yet.

So, if you are interested and haven't responded to this post yet let me know! I will remind everyone in January who responds to get their official numbers together and their colors. Sound good?

Oh, and Georgiabeauty, when is your wedding datehuh.gif

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
