Getting married at Couples Swept Away in June 2013

Hi,   I am new to this forum.  I am getting married in June at Couples Swept Away, just my fiance and me!   Right now my biggest questions have to do with which wedding ceremony to book at Couples.  We are leaning towards the included one, since it is just the two of us.  Any benefits to booking one of the other ones?   We are also working on photography.  I am strongly leaning towards Diana Campbell.  After speaking with her on the phone, I definitely felt at ease.  I am trying to decide between the 1 day or 2 day package.  My fiance does not love the idea of a second day of photos because he doesn't want it to get in the way of his vacation, but Diana made it sound like fun.  I know I have read on here and other places about a second day at the cliffs in Negril or Mayfield Falls.  Can anyone who has taken pictures with Diana give me some information about how that went for them?   Also, we are booked in an Atrium Suite at Couples.  I know I have read about the second floor being nice with vaulted ceilings, but then also read that means the bathroom does not have a full wall?  Can someone please explain this further?     And then there is the issue of clothes.  I have no idea about dresses or any of that.  My fiance wants to wear khakis and a white linen shirt.  I want something lightweight, fun casual.   Oh, too many details!   I look forward to some input and hope I can be of help to others as well!   Jen

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
