We am getting married on Tuesday July 2nd. We should have around 60 people and are getting married at the gazebo and doing a private reception at the San Jose Terrace. Does anyone have photos of the San Jose Terrace? Specifically where the dance floor will be set-up and how the tables would be organized?
Has anyone hired the fire dancers? Do you know if they can perform on the restaurant terrace?
What are people doing for wedding and reception decorations?
Anyone bringing their own photographer down? Any tips on how to avoid the $300 outside vendor fee? We are planning to say he is our friend and in charge of taking pictures. Since we are paying for him to stay at the hotel, hopefully that will work.
