Nice work girl!!  I've been doing Insanity and using the myfitnesspal app to keep me on track. Just came across fitness blender a few weeks ago and I love throwing some of their workouts into the mix...keep up the good work!!
Thanks! I love workouts from fitness blender! They have warmup and cool down included. plus guy's voice is sooo soothing lol

I'm one trying to lose about 50 lbs between now and March.  I would be happy if I even reached 30 though! I LOVE zumba! My instructor is in Europe for a few weeks and I'm in withdrawal.  Starting in September I will be going everyday (regular and toning).  I did Zumba for a week every day last week and lost 8 lbs! Hopefully this will help! I also try going to the gym and doing weight training at least 3 times a week.  Here's hoping we all get to our goal weight!

Is there a way to get zumba online??  I would love to throw a day or two of it into my cardio routine, but I dont want to join a gym...

I do them at a local community centre here (which is still costing money I guess - 250$ for unlimited zumba for 4 months).  It's so much more fun to do it with friends though and in a big party atmosphere

      Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!

      Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else.
