Hello,

 

Anyone having a wedding in the Hard Rock Cancun?  Anyone a member of the Hard Rock Legendary Hotel's club (the one that includes Cancun, Punta Cana and Puerto Vallarta?) and planning a wedding using the member benefits?  

 

We just arrived from Mexico today and visited Riu Palace, Aventura Palace Spa and Cove (to become a Hard Rock Hotel chain in June 2013) and the Hard Rock Cancun.  We really liked the Hard Rock Cancun, but didn't meet with anyone from their wedding department.  I wondered if anyone has has thoughts on this particular hotel, recommendations for vendors etc...

I am getting married there!  I have been there when it was Cancun Palace.  Had the BEST time!  Since, it's been through an awesome looking renovation, and the same company owns it, so it seems all the awesome amenities that were in place when I was there, are still the same.  I am looking forward to my May 2014 wedding.  =)

I have just booked my wedding at the Hard Rock Hotel Cancun for Feb 2014, I am having a hard time finding any type of wedding reviews!  I haven't been to the hotel, just seen pictures, but getting married on the beach in cancun will be amazing in itself!  Please let me know if you come across any wedding reviews!  So far I am impressed, within 24 hours of sending the wedding request I had a reply from the wedding department.  Will keep you posted on how future communications go!

I have just booked my wedding at HRH Cancun for Feb 2014!  I am having a very hard time trying to find reviews for this location.  So far I have been impressed with the communication from the wedding department, within 24 hours of sending in my wedding request I had a reply from them with packages of information.  I am working with a destination wedding specialist in my hometown which is also helping me!  I have never been to the HRH, have just seen pictures and they look amazing.  But just getting married on the beaches of Cancun will be amazing in itself.  Please let me know if you find any other wedding reviews, and I will be sure to keep you posted on my experience!!

there are some reviesw on this site. If you go to resort reviews under Mexico you will be able to find a really good review. i also Googled Hard Rock Cancun weddings and a couple of photographer blogs came up and had pictures of a couple of weddings that they did there.

With the Palace Resorts, generally you connect with their corporate offices first and they assign you a coordinator. If you are having difficulties, try reaching Cynthia Ortiz at  cortiz@hrhcancun.com or Paola Meixueiro  pmeixueiro@allinclusivecollection.com.

Hi Matt!

Thanks so much!  We have been connecting with travel agencies here now so they are connecting with Hard Rock Cancun but am so thankful that now I have their direct information!  
Out of curiosity do you know what they charge to bring in an outside photographer?  Are you located in Cancun?

Hi Jenn,

Glad to help with contact info! As far as I know (and things do change!), the Hard Rock Cancun charges a "day pass" for outside vendors to come in. Definitely best to ask Cynthia at the HRC for specific info, I'd hate to steer you wrong. We are in Playa del Carmen and love working in Cancun we have a great relationship with HRC.       Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010.       Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations.
