Just registered!! Some of my questions are in relation to options for smaller groups for private receptions not dinners (I.e. locations, prices) and also if the resorts beach party at the suites on Saturdays will conflict with my options for my Saturday wedding at the suites.can I have a semi private dinner at aunt rubys and then have a reception outside of aunt rubys following? Can I have a passed food style dinner or buffet instead of a seated dinner?

Tammy,

Will there any way to view the webinar at a later time? I would love to attend, but I am a bridesmaid in my frend's wedding that day and am going miss it.

hello all that attended!

We had so many attendees and hope you were able to get some answers to your questions.

Mariela will share some package information for me to post here as well as the contact info for the wedding department in each resort.

As mentioned in the resort, if you are interested in a more specific webinar (like Iberostar in Mexico, etc.) we can try to schedule one.  just let me know so I can see what interest there is.

I would also like one from the Jamaica locations!!  The TA part of the webinar was very helpful, but a lot of the responses to the hotel questions were to ask your wedding coordinator.  Each hotel does things differently, but as we all know, getting answers is a very timely process!

I think the mix was brides at all different points of the planning process, so some of the questions asked will be answered by the WC later in the planning stages.

Maybe a back to back webinar with brides already booked, and then one with brides who are trying to decided on a location.

Thanks for setting this up!!

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
