If I already have an ongoing block Wright Travel Agency can I still get the room upgrade? Our wedding is at Iberostar Rose Hall Beach on August 25, 2013.

Most of our group contracts have upgrades written into them so we cannot offer double upgrades.

Questions:

1) Can you have a private reception setup on the beach? If so, what would the average cost be for 60 people?

 

2) Does the hotel book the DJ for you from the quoted prices if you ask or is it your responsibility to contact the quoted DJ prior to the WC reaching out for details?

 

3) Does the WC keep the decorations that other brides have mentioned leaving behind? If so, are they willing to work with you on using these if the color schemes match yours?

 

4) Can the wedding flowers that are included in your package be a specific color scheme if you prefer?

1. Have you considered providing a FAQ section to your Iberostar websites for some of the common questions that brides ask; this could minimize some of the emails that the wedding coordinators receive?

2. Why are we charged vendor fees for services that the hotel does not provide (videography, using the non-preferred florist)?

I am with you!! I also just realized the first website that comes up for Iberostar is NOT the official website! It says it in small letters its actually a travel agent. 

But i think if the website was clear with FAQ and more pictures of break down of the wedding selections, the WC wouldn't be so busy asking the same questions over and over.
