Good job ladies!!! Hang in there. I read somewhere that weight loss is 20% exercise and 80% diet. Helps me to keep things in perspective. You can do all the exercise in the world but if you're eating the wrong things you may be more fit bit you won't lose weight. Even if I miss the gym I try to make sure I'm eating smaller portions and healthier foods (or at least keeping the junk food to a minimum).

Ann,

For clarification....so each week you post the percentage decrease in weight from the prior week, and at the end the winner is the one with the largest overall percentage decrease, right?

I hope everyone's week is going well!

Ali, glad you are okay, and it wasn't anything super serious. Now just have to get you healthy for your wedding in less than 2 months!

I managed to lose the majority of that crazy weight gain from the previous week (thank goodness!). Now it's just trying to keep on top of that and keep the losing going this week! I realized I stopped writing down what I was eating last week, so I have a couple days I have to fill in for this week and I will have to forgo last week's record keeping, as I know I won't accurately remember what I ate.

Let's go ladies (and gents!!!!) Only 4 more weeks to go!!!!!! thewave.gif

Oh yay, GO ME!  I didn't even see this until now.  I must've had a good week last week though b/c this morning I Was the exact same as last week.  Tomorrow is my official weigh in and it would be nice to have the scale move just a smidge.  But I do have AF, so maybe I'm bloated and that'll go away soon.  Hopefully.

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
