but your attitude is great and if you continue to nip things in the bud, taking immediate action like you are, I def think the $170 and the hot bod are within your grasp! go for it girl!

hahahahahahahahahaha..........made. my. day. Could have been that! (and all the bad stuff I ate while AF was here...)

I know, it will probably drop down again this week. That's just the way it is. But man, I was so shocked to see it go up that much.

:smile41: :hissyfit: :BangHead: :crybaby2: Tonight it is cardio at the gym for 50 mins, then an hour long boxing class that I am putting my heart and soul in to! Enough of this "oh, this chocolate won't go staight to my love handles" "no, this entire bag of Smartfood won't show up on my thighs". EEEEFFFFFF you brain and stomach. You don't control me.

Omg you ladies are too funny!!!!! Jenny I know you will definately get it back!!!! Besides the poop it's probably just all water retention cause of AF. I finally made it back to the gym, I've been saying for weeks now that I was gonna go but in reality I never made it lol but today it's OFFICIAL!!!!

I know I will get back- it was just such a shock. I think a lot of it is water retention, your right. Gotta flush that out of my system this week.

I feel like I'm at my plateau weight. Like I could be an angel or a devil about food and I would stay in the same 4 lb range. Hoping when I stop nursing I will get past this.

HAHAHAHA. Only on the internet is this kind of talk completely okay and amusing and not horribly, horribly embarrassing!

You'll get past it- can you switch up a routine a bit, add in a new cardio or meal that is different, to give your body a shock and jump past the plateau?

There's also a really great 5K runner app on the iphone. I have never run a 5k straight in my life, but probably similar to couch to 5 they make building up simple. The app tells you when to start running and when to walk with slow increments starting (first one is maybe 30 second run, 1 min walk, etc for 25 min). It also tracks when you completed each workout so you know when to pick up where you left off. I know you can track this on a treadmill, but does anyone else sometimes forget when they started and stopped? :)

I'm feeling a plateau as well in weight, but I just took my measurements for the first time since we started!!!!

Inches lost:

Waist 3 inches!!

Hips: 3 inches!!

Yahoooo! Good luck everyone and happy Friday!!

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
