    Oh, P.S. to everyone. I am really big on positive reinforcement, that it sometimes comes off sounding fake, or I may go a bit overboard. If I offend, or bug any of you, just speak up! I promise I won't take offense... just tell me to tone it down a bit, or simply shush up. :D:smile105:  

    Love it!!! Need all the positive reinforcement I can get!

      sent mine.  wish i could say i lost weight from working out but have been sick as a dog all week.

        Lol love it!!!!! It's ok for a slip up here and there. I gave in and had popcorn the other night. And I must say I enjoyed every minute of it. But I've been good everyday since.

          Running late with the kids. I'm pretty good when I have time to follow the plan, when were rushing I have a problem. Oh popcorn sounds good and it's not to bad for you.

          2.14.14 I can not wait to marry my very best friend ... Again!

            Ahhhh... makes sense now! I just wasn't sure- I went and looked in the Abbrevation post but didn't see that, and was like oh no, what is this??? I have never seen AF used... but I like it!

             

            Meh, don't worry about it. Happens to the best of us! And it can seriously be a killer from month to month. You don't even realize why your starving and eating all of the bad foods until its over/ your right in the middle of it. Then it dawns on you and you think, well, yes, I deserve to eat like this because having to go through this month to month to month seriously is the worst!

                Okay good! haha I can come sometimes be annoying, but I will do my best to keep everyone motivated! I know how hard this can all be, so keeping the momentum going is important :D

                  Popcorn is my nemesis. My parents bought me one of those boxes of popcorn that pops up into a bowl for my birthday. I hate/ absolutely love it. I've had 3 bags of it so far in 2 1/2 weeks.... not good. But yes, so delicious. Even the FI, who isn't that big of a popcorn eater, loved it, because it's was in the bowl haha.

                  I actually lost 6.5 pounds this past week on my cleanse. Not bad! Today's my first day off of the cleanse and I actually have no desire to eat, which is unheard of. Usually when I get off of my cleanses I'm starving and looking for the first solid piece of food I can find. But it really is a state of mind, you have to be focused. I'm committed to maintaining a healthy lifestyle from here on out. I would highly recommend a juice cleanse. You must, however, invest in a good juicer.

                   

                  I also decided to give up sugary drinks and juices for Lent, so water, tea, and coffee it is! Hopefully that helps contribute to my weight loss.

                   

                  Although the Valentines dinner that my fiance is supposed to be cooking for me tonight will set me back at least a pound, I'm sure.

                    Holy 6.5 lbs! That is awesome! I've been average this week. Got to crossfit twice. Ate pretty healthy most of the time. Has some chocolates yesterday and Tuesday, but good other than that. I'm trying to approach this as a long term diet change so don't want to be super insane. The week one of cleanse got the sugar more out of me so I had 2 chocolates yesterday rather than the whole box,
