I had oatmeal and a blood orange for breakfast some soup for lunch. So far I did about 20 minutes of kinect adventures as a warmup and 20 minutes of just dance. Realizing just how horrible my cardio is as I can barely get through 2 songs I row. Lol. Thinking stir fry for dinner

Kate, because I know you outside of BDW I know you've been eating a ton of lentils. What's the deal? Are they like superfoody? I fail at food already today. Would have been good with oatmeal and yogurt but I had to take an early lunch so I bought a breakfast sandwich too because I'd never make it all the way to dinner without solid food. Now I've got to be extra good for dinner. It's cold out so maybe soup?

Food front I have been pretty good today. For breakfast all I had time for was a small yogurt- usually try to add in some fruit or something. Had soup for noodle and pea soup for lunch that my grandma made (was expecting to have salad but she warmed it all up for me!), and for dinner I'm not sure yet. Have ground beef out, and had planned ot make burritos. Hmm, Maybe I will have one, and a side salad, while Amir has as many as he wants because he losses weight just thinking about it. How he cut out cigarettes and started eating more and LOST weight, I will never know.

I also started a food journal, to see what it is I eat every day. Tough part is being honest in it. But I guess that is what this is all about!

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
