So I wasn't too pleased with my flip flops and felt they were a bit dull so I blingged them up

I bought some crayons and the Dollar store and some small plastic bags....this is my creation

I assembled our Survival Kit, which has

  • First Aid kit
  • Lip Balm
  • Mini Sunblock
  • Mini Shampoo
  • Nail File
  • Mini Conditioner
  • Purell

Given that we have six children combined, we are going to be playing a Trivia Game (similar to the shoe game) with them during the reception wherein the MC will ask them various questions (Ie which parent is most likely to put a red shirt in the laundry of whites) etc.  so I've created these signs

And finally (for now) made the labels for our Travel Mugs

Very cool! Can I ask what you used on your flip flops to jazz them up? The writing in particular...

I also made a room key/Tip Holder but am waiting for the laynards to arrive (ordered them from ebay)

During the cocktail hour, while the guests are waiting for us to return from taking pictures, I am leaving a Trivia Card Game at each table for them to work together to answer the questions.  The table the has all the answers correct, wins a prize (ie box of chocolates to share or I'll find something in Cuba to pick up for everyone, maybe key chains)...Prepared the Trivia Game in the form of a boarding pass

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
