Hi, My name is Alicia, I am looking for an all inclusive(airfair, hotel, food, drinks, and all that) and a little ceremony package for me and my future husband to spend our wedding at we plan to get official married in our local courthouse but would like to do the rest somewhere else like Hawii, Florida, cancun.. something like that but for not alot of money seeing we do have 3 children.. but yea was looking to get married in aug. before kids go back to school. and also was looking for my future husband and I to stay 5-7 nights and our children and guest to stay 3 nights.. we would also like to know about them (kids and guest) prices for them to also get all inclusive prices( also the cheapest rate).. please get back to me Thank You..

Hi Alicia,

 

Welcome to the forum!! Have you chatted with a travel agent yet? I found them to be the most helpful when discussing costs associated with a destination wedding, and all of the planning. 

 

Our wedding-moon was our first experience with an all-inclusive resort, and we loved every bit of it!! We debated (briefly) between a FL wedding where my family lives/I grew up and a destination, and there were so many more positives to the destination wedding in Mexico that it was an easy decision for us. What we loved most was that noone had to hunt down a restaurant or a bar/club, noone had to rent a car to attend - it was all taken care of with the resort reservations. 

 

For what it's worth, we did our legal paperwork at home before we went to Mexico. Our wedding was symbolic, but still a very, very special day for us!

      Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!

      Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else.
