Hi ladies! I have a quick question for the brides that used outside vendors. Were there any hidden fees I should be aware of besides the outside vendor fee?

Hello Moon Palace Brides! They have finally emailed me back and informed me that my cocktail and dinner will be at the Bugambilias Terrace. Has anybody had any of their events there. Can you give me your opinions about it? Also I would love to have mariachis at my wedding...but they quoted me 1500 for 45 minutes! That is crazy! Has anyone used an outside vendor?

How long did it take for them to get back to you to confirm your location?

I was able to work with my planner to get the locations I wanted, she sent me pictures of the options... It took about 1-2 weeks to get it all nailed down but I got what I requested! We did it through email about 8 months before our wedding date

Hi @@lovetrice23. From what I've gathered, in addition to the vendor fee you may have to pay day passes especially for photographers. For outside DJ, there is now an additional electricity fee. I believe it's $250

Hello past Moon Palace brides! I was wondering if someone could tell me approximately how many servers they had at their wedding reception? I'm working out the tips/thank you cards and have no idea how much I should plan on for each event! If you had a welcome dinner (or another similar private event), can you let me know how many were at that as well?

      Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010.       Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations.
