My wedding planner informed me that we have to complete all payments by tomorrow, which is exactly 30 days prior to the wedding. Is this what all of you are having to do as well? I kept thinking we may have to pay once we get to the resort for the wedding and not this much early. She stated that options to pay are credit card and wire transfer. Our total is high and we will have to do the wire transfer. We are a bit nervous about it. Has anyone paid via wire transfer? Did everything go okay? Thank you!

It is a bit difficult to plan a wedding anywhere although so far so good!! Does anyone have any advice about planning the reception for under 20? I am not sure how many we will have still :P

Yay! Another MP august bride!! I'm not getting married until 2016 so I don't have a heck of alot of advice to give you but I'm sure you'll LOVE this site :)

Hello everyone! Was curious if anyone knows if you are able to rent individual items from the resort's package reception tables (like tablecloth from the metallic sands package and the tumblers from another package).

I don't believe the packages can be altered.. they are as is

Hey everyone!!! I have a quick question. Has anyone had the kids stay free added to there wedding contract? We are getting married in December and have 85+ guests and want that in there but they only offer it for summer months. Its kind of a big deal for us as we have a lot of people that want to make it a family trip. Thank you for any feedback :)

      Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010.       Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else.
