Mexican!!! it was delicious- and you are in mexico ;)

 

I think we are doing that for either the welcome or rehearsal dinner ;-) My FI is all over the BBQ buffet though haha

Haha I have heard good things about that as well.  We did the Yucatan menu for our rehearsal dinner and it was really good too!

Ladies-- I have a couple guests asking if they book through a travel agent if they will be able to stay in our wedding block.

Did any of you have people book through a travel agent? If so, were their nights included in your total towards free events? Were they allowed to stay in the room block?

We are using a TA and for it to count for our nights, they have to go through our TA. We have 2 people using their timeshare and they do not count for our nights. 

One more thing for the evening....

Anyone know if we can have our favorite wine and champagne shipped to the resort???

 

I do NOT want to check it and try and get it through customs!

 

:)

 

In another topic group of the forum, brides were saying do not ship anything if you every want to see it again.... but check with the WC/resort and see

Hi all, congrats to everyone! I'm hoping to be a 2014 MP bride :) Does anyone know what the initial holding deposit is? I'm signed up for the webinar, but it's not until April, and MP still hasn't responded to my email.

      Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010.       Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations.
