CSHO you did an amazing job on the hangers, I have been wanting to try one... but was worried it would be too difficult. You've inspired me to try :)

And the dresses are so nice! I love them!

Thanks Kay! Honestly the hangers were much easier then I thought they would be! You just need 12 gauge wire! I also bought some flowers to put on the top of the hanger... Ardene is closing and they had 80% off so I got three for like 2$ it was awesome!

Are ladies planning on doing programs or taking fans for the ceremony? I am wondering if the'll be needed on the terrace?

I don't think we will do programs! We are getting married on the beach ... Hopefully, so we are doing fans. Many past brides I have spoken to have done fans on the Terrance as well. :)

Yeah I asked on the FB group and some said they were useful and others not... I guess it just depends on the day up there lol! I like the idea of them but I think in the end I'll be like that was a waste of money and space in my suitcase so I don't know!

I do have a template for the so you are going to sit through a wedding programs I may do them... maybe I have them on my list but we will see! I think that they are fun because they arent the traditional ones and a little something to flip through, but on the other hand paper weighs so much so bringing them may be harder than I want it to be!

Sooo exciting Jolene!!! I am getting sooo excited now that all the big stuff is done and I can't believe I have just under a year... I don't know how I will be able to wait that long! Did your dress ever come in yet??????

And Kay that is awesome! I was thinking of getting my dad one too mostly cause I know he is going to be sweating with the heat lol and think it would be handy and sentimental!

We got our invitations printed this weekend... FI is cutting them out... I bought the corner puncher but it didn't work and he did a better job cutting them out... he's spent about 4 hours already on them and still has about half left to do... Oh well that's his contribution to the wedding lol!

I will post a picture of them once we have them fully finished!! So excited to get them completed and sent out!

Hope everyone is having a wonderful weekend!!!

Yes finally my dress is in, I am goign Friday afternoon to try it on and see if I need anything done, otherwise we can take it, so exciting!

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
