Thanks ladies! It was truly a great time I couldn't have asked for more!

Lydia, I saw the one of you guys laughing and I couldn't help it, there is also one somewhere of my dad and I laughing coming up the aisle and I am not sure what we are laughing about there either but it is the memories of the day!

This picture is beyond adorable. Shows how happy you guys are. Captures the real moments. Congrats to both of you!!

I finished my first bridesmaids bouquet today after a month of visits to Micahel's with the 50% off one item coupon. I'm pretty sure the staff knew what I was up to LOL

Thanks Lopi...your flowers look amazing!  I wasn't talented enough to do my own flowers :-(   Probably a good thing cuz believe it or not, someone stole my bouquet while I was taking pictures behind the bar...hahaha I was serving beer to people and placed them down at the end of the bar...my photographer was busy snapping pictures and I realized half hour later that I didn't have a bouquet anymore, lol....so I took all my bridesmaids flowers to walk into the reception hall with...hehehe

Hi ladies,

Sorry I've been MIA....(WOW site change, I feel lost!) so busy with stuff.  Shopping was awesome last weekend, great to get away with the girls.

Great pictures Jolene, congrats!!! :) xo

Lopi your flowers have turned out very nice.  I originally made my own bouquets, and they turned out very nice, but the white roses have this yellow ting to them that just isn't going to work for me. :(

How is everyone doing with wedding stuff, I've still been slackin' - next week is get to it week!!!

Nice to hear from you Kay!!! Man I hate change to sites lol... so hard to figure everything out! Oh well I am sure it will be easier once we figure it out.

So what did you decided to do about your flowers Kay? Are you just going to use ones from the resort?

I haven't really done a whole lot lately... just have a few things left to do really and have plenty of time in the New Year to get it done (or so I think lol!)

Hey guys! The site has changed. Hard to navigate but we will get used to it.

Sorry I've been so MIA as well. My 13 year old sister just moved in with us and it's hectic to say the least!

I picked up my flowers last Sunday. They were not what I ordered but thought I could love them so I took them home. Nope can't love them so I called and the lady that runs the business informed me that she had her sister working that day and she had never worked there before. She told me she could understand how my vision got lost in translation. So she's re-doing them for me. All peonies. Hopefully it's better. Picking the new flowers up next Sunday. We bought our wedding bands. The deadline for final booking has come and gone and only 2 people didn't book. They had something major come up :( Got Fiance his gift and decorated the box to look like a suitcase. Our favour cups came in and I put a sample one together. They turned out well. Also got the sign done for our guestbook table. Now if I can figure how to post pictures I could share.....heeeelllllp lol

Lopi - Love the flowers. You did a great job! Not sure where you are located but Michaels is having a 20% off your entire purchase including sale items tomorrow between 9am-1pm. Just a heads up

Oh Alley I hope your flowers turn out as well as you hope! I love peonies!!! I bought a bunch of coral ones from Winners during the summer and that's what I am making my centrepieces with...Sounds like you pretty much have everything under control! I don't know to see who has commented on posts we've made... before it used to say  somewhere and now I feel like I have to go back in to find out if someone posted on the thread... oh well I usually check once or twice a day haha

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
