Yes I got it a few weeks ago, I will try to remember to take a picture of it and post it on Monday!

Yeah we were good with all the lights off we seemed to be good, no one came to the door which was awesome!

Thanks they are both littler personalities that's for sure... but they are my babies right now, I am actually a little nervous to leave them while we are gone, they are staying at my moms best friends kennel for the first week and then my mom is going to pick them up when they get back, but I have never left them at a kennel before, I am sure they are going to have so much fun but I am still worried about leaving them!

I am sure they will be fine! Especially if its your moms friend I wouldn't worry about it! They probably will miss you, but at least they have each other and I am sure will make some other doggie friends there! We used to leave our pets when we were kids at the kennel and they were fine! We even left our pet rat once lol!

Hi Ladies,

The puppies are adorable, I love it!  Here is my little princess.....

CREATOR: gd-jpeg v1.0 (using IJG JPEG v62), quality = 85

As for our 3 dogs and 2 cats when were away, I'm sad to be leaving them as well.  We don't have a set plan on what we are doing with them yet.....

Alley - that sounds like an awesome place, let us know how you do :)

We sent some DIY luggage tags I made with our invites. Great idea! I am happy with the resort we picked & can't wait to see everyone's pictures!!

We are planning a group excursion to Havana for our group but we're just booking that through our photographer Alex, who is going to get us two 16 passenger vans and a tour guide so it should be great and a lot cheaper then the regular tour!

I like the rum idea! That's cute :) I thought of Havana too but in the end we opted for the catamaran. It sounds like you found a great deal through Alex! :)

Fans were definitely one of the ideas I was tossing around too. Love the idea of the front desk handing out the cups to guests as they arrive...such a nice welcome gift for people! If they aren't able to, are you doing a welcome dinner? It may be a nice alternative if your first plan doesn't work out. Where did you end up ordering your cups from? I am so worried about space in my luggage and keep finding so many awesome ideas on this site! Haha!

Hey girls. I hope everyone had a great weekend.

I did end up going to creative bag. I thought it was awesome!! I ended up getting 13 burlap table runners (I'm going to run lace down the middle of the burlap runner), a big roll of burlap (for my centerpieces), chalkboard labels for the mason jars, kraft tags (thank you note for the favours), supplies and a template for the drink flags, 100 grey and pink straws, grey and white bakers twine (to attach thank you tags), a kraft lunch box type thing for Matts "grooms gift", a few gift bags (these are so inexpensive and great for the holidays), a pack of mini clothes pins, 4 packs of tissue paper (making tissue paper balls), a tray I might put out if people bring cards (I don't want to assume people will bring cards....ugh), ohhh and last but not least and on an unrelated note.......Poop bags for Mr. Oakley. All of this for $115. I'm very impressed as decor should be around $250 total. I am going to take a picture of everything tonight and post tomorrow. I know ladies......I'm horrible at posting pics.

Kay - They have sand at creative bag. I took a picture of it and will post it later on in the day. Hopefully it works for you. P.S. your princess is sooooo adorable!!!

Carina - What a fabulous idea to hand out rum. Good job!!

1derwomanbride - Thanks so much I'll post a picture when I'm all done and have a mock up of the table

I love the idea of fans. They have them at creative bag as well but were fairly expensive. You might be able to get them somewhere online much cheaper.

Is anyone putting out a card box or something similar? I'm on the fence about this.

I also ordered my flowers this weekend. I'm really stressing about this. I really hope that the lady understood my vision! Please keep all of your fingers and toes crossed lol

Hope all is well ladies!

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
