And Csho, I can't wait to see the invitations.... My hubby pulled his part in helping with ours as well.  Post soon please!! :)

I should have them finished tomorrow! FI just has 3 pages left to cut! And I just have to print off the pocket folds tomorrow at work! I had also purchased some RSVP envelopes but they were a different colour then the big envelopes but I decided that I need to get the same coloured ones...so I am waiting for those to come in... but we're only sending rsvps to people who we think won't know how to RSVP online... The others are getting an rsvp card that asks to rsvp online at our website.

I cannot wait to see your dress Jolene... that is if you're going to put a photo up! You must be dying for Friday to come! I love having mine at home cause anytime I question or "forget" what it looks like I take a peak lol! And fall in love with it all over again!

I am excited, I will be even more excited if I go in and everything is perfect and we dont have to make any alterations, it should be ok because I am 5'9 and so I dont think that I will have to worry about the length of the dress, and origianally we thought that maybe I would get a bustle but now the more I think about it the more I think that it is fine, there really isnt a train at all so it should be ready to go live at my moms! If I remember in it all to take a picture of me in it, then I will post it for sure! LOL

My list is slowly but surley getting smaller, I still have printing and sending to do, but I am mostly done all my DIY's... the luggage tag holders that I got are the laminating ones, so I have choosen to pre-type in everyones info so that will take a little while, and I also have to finish barefoot sandals and I think that I am going to make my girls necklaces with starfish and beads on them... but I havent figured it out yet! I am a big procratinator so I know that I have 6 months left I am not really pressuring myself to finish any of this stuff but maybe I will re-do my list this week and start giving myself some deadlines LMAO!!!

I had bought the laminating luggage tags too but I don't have a laminator and didn't want to pre-write everything for everyone so I took them back (I had ordered them from Staples) and ended up buying some online from the states but they were so cheap that even with shipping it was cheaper then the ones i bought from Staples!

We are going to put together our invitations  tonight so I'll be sure to take a photo and post it tomorrow!

I also have completely finished my hangers! I had to get more wire for my bridesmaid one and I added flowers to them that I bought at Ardene (they are closing at a mall near me so I got 3 flowers for like $2!!). I think in total my hangers cost me under 10$ for all three of them! I got the hangers free at Superstore with my PC points! I am super excited about them! And my bridesmaid dresses should here within the next two weeks! And then I think I am going to "stop" planning during the summer since I have all the big stuff done and still have an entire year lol! But my guess is that probably won't happen lol!

Ohhh and my friend is throwing us an engagement party this Saturday at her bar! I am so excited! Well thats about all thats new and exciting for me right now!

Ok... so my friend has been married for 6 years this June and decided to do a Boudoir photoshoot for her husband as an anniversary gift. She asked me if I wanted to do one as well since she knows we are getting married and its cheaper if you have another person. So I agreed to do it... I had thought about doing it, but wasn't planning on it until she came to me with the idea. So now we are booked to do our shoot on June 1st! I am sooo excited to get them done, but nervous to see how they turn out! I am pretty confident in my body so I am not too worried about that, but it definitely will be interesting to see how they turn out! This is going to be sooo hard to keep from him! I think I'll make a photobook afterwards and give it to him the morning of our wedding as a gift! I hope that he will like it!

Ohh and here are my invitations... what do you guys think?

There are three boarding passes, the first one is basic information, second the invite to our wedding in Cuba, and the third one is the invite to the At Home Ceremony. Inside of the coral pocket fold there is information about travel to Cuba, how to book and info about the resort. The grey/sand thing is the envelope! And most people are getting an RSVP that asks to rsvp online, but for the ones we know don't use the internet a lot or don't have computers at all we made up an RSVP that looks very similar but has the options to RSVP to both events and can be sent back to us!

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
