Just an update, I missed my DHL delivery today, but I'm leaving the form on the door for them to leave it even if I'm not able to sign for it tomorrow.  I just hope I have an opportunity to try it on privately!  I may have to have my 10yo daughter take a pic for me .

Order from babyonline as they seem to have the best ! I am trying to get a refund on the dress that I ordered with other seller and and will order the inbal dror from them. Everyone seems to be happy with them and the images I have seen are great! They also are quick to respond and have good customer service and full guarantee. Of course you cant expect it to look completely like the original! The problem with this dress I think is that it could easily look cheap and show if its made with low quality fabric... But compared to 5k, its worth a risk. Are you doing veil with this?

Andreann, let me know how it goes with babyonline! I had to keep asking to make sure they send pictures first before they send! About the refund, you can try to but I heard a lot of dhgate sellers sometimes won't fully refund you. Sometimes you might have to threaten to open a dispute.

Oh my goodness, I LOVE my DHGate dress!  It's perfect.  Needs no alterations, is a very heavy taffeta, has plenty of boning and padding in the bust, it's so much better than I could have ever hoped.  I'll post pictures later, I need help zipping it.  So relieved and excited to wear it in 2 months!

missb0308, what kind of model did you get? Can you give a link or post a pic of the original?

 

When I was choosing my dress, my first selection was tea length taffeta dress (Mon Cheri 111176), but then I opted out for taffeta - personal choice - and got worried about all of these precise ruffles which could turn out ugly of not properly made. Glad to hear your experience is positive!

I don't think I will be doing veil with the Inbal Dror dress. There is too much going on already so I will probably stay as minimalistic as possible with my veil & jewelry. You're right about ensuring it gets done properly, I saw some of the pictures they sent you and the material looks rather cheap. Did they honor your refund?

I agree it does look cheap. No they have not. They gave me a $50 discount (or rather, will give me). I will be selling it and am now trying to decide if I should order the same style from baby online or stick to something simpler. baby online seems to have much better quality but this is a complicated dress...

what are you going to do?
