I did MediFast from Oct 4-Nov23rd of last year and lost 26 lbs. have gained 5 back since thanksgiving. Going back on to lose 10 -15 more before the wedding. Costs about $300 a month for food.

I have considered using medifast because everyone has amazing results. I bought my wedding dress one size smaller so I have to lose the weight! 4 months to go!!

So I've always worked out and played sports, but my new workouts have been Insanity (love love love) and now I'm working on my lower-body with Brazil Butt Lift.  So far so good.  My thighs are my problem area.  This is the only workout I've done so far that has challenged my thighs and made my inner thigh muscles sore next day.

The trainer I'm starting with this week is preaching paleo - has anyone tried it and do you have any recommendations if yes? I have been eating clean for a long time, but this will be pretty different, so any suggestions about starting out and/or experiences with paleo would be very welcome
