    You know the weird thing? On the "Daily Health Challenge" today's small challenge was to do 50 crunches in addiiton to whatever else you were doing! Great minds think alike!

      I know we are supposed to add exercises, but I am going to concentrate on abs each morning and maybe add some to my evening routine.
      This morning I did more than yesterday, yay!

      Here is what I did from 'TammyB's Abs of Steel'
      (Insteal of Tami Lee's Abs of Steel -haha!)

      50 - Crunch - Lying on your back and knees bent; lift your shoulders off the floor. The emphasis is on moving the ribs towards the hips.
      50- Alternating side crunches
      25- Exercise for love handle -Twist from side to side
      25- Exercise for love handle -Side bends

        Great job Paula.

        How about today we add 50 lunges for each leg? Lets get buns of steel ;-)

          Ok, so in addition to doing the Daily Health Challenge's that Kash posted, I'm going to try to do these challenges too. I did 50 crunches yesterday, a 30 minute power walk this morning, and now I'm going to try to do those lunges tonight.
