    BTW - good job with the workouts. I MUST get my butt back on the treadmill. I've just been so busy everynight that I haven't had time. I know that's no excuse. I will try to exercise tonight.

      I havent gotten the ball yet Jen, I will let you know when..I am excited about it.

      I have been to the gym 5 times last week and I am going again tonight. The dress shopping really helped me realize I need to keep up on the workouts and the healthy eating!! Exactly 5 months to go today!!

        I have about 5 months to go too... yikes, and Ive been a very bad girl. I HAVE to start new tomorrow..... water... healthy food.... exercise!

          I went to the gym again tonight..5 miles. The best part though is that I lost 4lbs last week!!!

              ahh..I keep forgetting to post on here! I have been going 4-5 times a week and lost another 3 pounds last week! I finally got the bender ball in the mail and tried it out with the video last night and its FABULOUS!! It focuses so much on your abs its a great feeling to know it might be working!!

              How is everyone else doing??

                    I've lost 10 pounds this month! Too bad I totally pigged out this weekend and probably put them all back on!

                    My goal is to walk/jog/crawl/drag my body across the finish line in a half marathon at the end of April.

                    I've got to get better about sticking to my training schedule. Looks like we might have to join a gym because of the crappy weather.

                    4 miles tonight! Wish me luck!
