It will count - I mean it's October 10th already somewhere in the world! OR if you'd rather you can swamp it for another day but make sure you get those 30 minutes in then!

Plus I have no excuse for missing things because when I put it together I took my schedule under consideration (is that cheating? I guess it would be if we were playing for something... other than better health). OK, I have literally drank like 5 oz. of water - I gotta get going on this!

Just got back from the gym - "last chance workout" of sorts because I weigh myself on Wednesdays - lol. I did my crunches and 40 min on the eliptical :) Not bad after a 10 hour day in the ER!

Jen, I'm so glad you used the treadmill! Awesome job!

Keep up the good work ladies!

Everyone is doing such a great job with this!!!! Keep it up ladies.

I did my 50 crunches last night. And I already did my 30 minute workout this morning (30 minute power walk on my treadmill.) And I've already had about 20oz of water too.

NOTHING motivates me to get up in the morning and workout. I just can't do it. But I was so worried that I would get yelled at on here if I didn't do it, so I got my butt up and DID IT!!! YIPPEE!!! I LOVE this thread!!!!

Ooo, I haven't been here in a while, but you girls might just have what I need (again)!

Even though I work out nearly every day and really watch what I eat (no refined carbs ever, hardly any sugar, everything low-cal), I've steadily gained 15 pounds since the wedding. Yikes! I'm so perplexed by it, I even got off birth control (which I got on for the honeymoon), but that didn't help.

So, I really need motivation and more tips.

Thanks for the posts!

Laura

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
