Show us your wedding dress!

Ok here goes, I just just signed up for photobucket and hope this works!

So this is me in MY dress! If you look in the miror you'll see the back, it looks funny because we were tucking it in to lower the back. It will be altered to that level and will have a modesty panel covering up the skin. Sorry for the cheezy smile, but I was super excited. I had tried on soooo many dresses and kept going back to this one, which was the first one I tried on! My mom came back in the afternoon to see it and added some waterworks to the show! She NEVER cries! So I guess it was the one! :)

Hi Bethany,

My dress is from the Madison collection (Richman Group | Intro). If you have the Today's Bride magazine, spring/summer 2009 edition, you can find a bigger picture on page# 419.

Mine just came in last week, I order it back in May. I love it.

Here's mine! It's the exact opposite of what I thought I wanted. When I went shopping my criteria were strapless, no beads, no lace...well I ended up with all three! The shop owner insisted I try it on and when I came out my mom, sister and grandma all gasped and told me that was it! I ordered it back in August and it doesn't come in until January. I miss it! I'm so tempted to go back to the shop to try on the sample again...I can't wait!

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
