This dress is gorgeous and I love mermaid style as well. When I initially started dress shopping, I had a princess style or a fluffy dress in mind for some reason but as soon as I tried the mermaids I fell in love. I bought mine last week and I already feel like I need to go back and try it on. I know it's the one but seeing all these gorgeous dresses on here that I never even saw, makes it hard lol. For example, the dress you just posted. I love it.

While I love every detail of my dress and think it reflects my personality to a ‘T’ it never gave me a bridal feeling which is a pretty important factor to overlook. And after having this conversation and trying my dress on again I knew I couldn’t were it on our wedding day. Any-who, here’s dress #2, not sure about the veil or the sash, but the dress is a definite keeper…

i would HIGHLY recommend the Alfred Angelo 2219! I fell in love with this dress the second I started looking around online for wedding dresses but unfortunately I could not find it in any stores near me! Here are pictures of it both with the bottom and without! PERFECT for destination!!
Has anyone tried the "convertible dress" trend? I love the idea of having a long/traditional dress for the ceremony that converts to a shorter cocktail style for the reception. I know David's has one and I have seen a few others - just wondering if anyone had any experience and/or opinions.
