ShaeShae18 you have been helping me look for sparkly flats on another thread....This is the dress I need the flats for.. :)

I'm going to go ahead and agree with the other poster and do some sort of barefoot jewelry for the ceremony.  Not sure what your reception is.  I always wanted to do barefoot on the sand and then switch to strappy sandal heels (in blue to match my colors) for the reception.  But if I see something that makes me think is perfect for that dress, I'll let you know!

The belt did it for me Cinnagirl!!!!  It was separate form the dress.  I just pulled out my receipt from the Bridal Shop and all it says is Belt Pron B-307 (off white).  Retail was $240.  A little nuts for the price, but I decided I would not sew it into the dress and use it for other dresses/outfits in the future...What the Heck, right?

I see that a lot of Bridal sites have these belts....I will try to find out in the meantime who makes it.

I ordered a belt with my dress too -the belt was $250 but I have no idea who makes it, my receipt only says #33 a-sash, white.  I'm going to wait until my dress comes in but I think am going to have it sewn to the dress.  The dress has a pretty corset back and I don't want a ribbon to ruin the look.... but we'll see

Stunning! Stunning! Stunning! And I LOVE the belt. Random, but how tall are you?? I tried on a few belts with different dresses, but they just never looked right. I think it could be because I'm pretty short...............

Well i've found my dress! It needs alterations though as was designed for a woman with a bigger gust i think! Last photo you can see it gaping a bit! Debating short versus long veils at the moment . i got a bit nervous with all the people watching me - shop owner, sales assistants, my sister, FSIL and FMIL. this doesnt bode well for my wedding really, does it?! Must somehow avoid having a tanned neck and arms (well tanned in relation to rest of body not other people!) and a whiter strapline!

I love that dress!  You look great!  I am supposed to make my final decision Tuesday.  I have narrowed down to 3 (unless of course, I find something else).  I don't want traditional as this is my second marriage, but I want to feel like a bride. Once I make the final decision, I will post pictures.

LOL

I was told a wedding salon that all bridal gowns are designed for 5'9 women.  I'm 5'2.. that's a HUGE difference haha :)

Great choice , looks gorgeous on you! I think both veils work but I really like that second one.

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
