I bought my dress!!! I have yet to try it on as no store in my city carries a sample and the closest store that does is 13hrs away!! But ive tried on the designer and this silhouette many times but the details were never quite right.. i just kept saying i love the fit but if only it had lace (or tulle, or ruffles, or beading, or a corset) like the aiden.  Oringinally i was going to make the 13hr drive to try it on but decided that with taking time off work, the hotel, and the gas and the fact that the dress was originally over budget that it would just be too much money. So i decided yesterday to go ahead and order it anyway!!!! Im surprisingly at ease with this. I also got a great deal. I negotiated almost $600 off the MSRP to get it down to exactly my budget after tax!!! Just my alterations will put it over. Here's my dress!

Hopefully I did this right, but here is my dress!! I can't wait to wear it!

I went to my first fitting yesterday and the dress fits better than I expected.  I can't wait to finally get to wear it, only 2 more months until my wedding.  Getting excited!!!

Lett's Bridal near Frandor went out of business. A friend of mine found her dress at the Wedding Bell though & she loved the whole experience.

I'm still very (im)patiently waiting for my dress to come in, so in the meanwhile here's a pic of it on the model:

It is super light and so soft. The layering of the fabric really emphasizes your curves. It's one of the Vera Wang Whites that are in David's Bridal stores now. 7 more weeks until it comes in!!

      Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010.       Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations.
