Show us your wedding dress!

Hi Branya, this is a VERY popular dress. This is my dress as well, that I will be wearing in July!! Great choice!

I found my wedding dress yesterday! Here it is! It actually comes with a detachable one shoulder strap, which you can see in the view from the back, the consultant tucked in across the top of the dress. I always liked one shoulder dresses, but I actually didn't like this one so I won't be having one.

This looks great on you.

Hi Everyone, This is my dress!! After looking for several months I finally made a decision to say yes to the dress (I purchased it at Kleinfeld).lol I'm a size two and this particular dress is a size 10 so the fitting and look is completely off but this is what the dress looks like.  Sorry, my friend cut my head off when she took the picture. Didn't know until I took the dress off. Let me know what you think.... 525x700px-LL-fc4e97aa_dress1.jpeg

Beautiful! I love the neckline (it really shows off your toned shoulders) and sparkle!

Thanks so much for the kind works ladies. I think you're right that seeing so many other brides to be in beautiful dresses made me question my own choice, but what works on other people may not necessarily work on you and some of the remorse as well I think came from just the sadness that the whole dress buying experience is over.

Although I still have the whole dress altering experience ahead of me :)

That being said only you can decide what you think of the dress. I had a little bit of buyers remorse myself because I fell in love with a dress first thing, and six months later, when it comes in, I have seen pics of so many other dresses. It did pass though. Trying on my dress solidified that it really was the one for me. If you love the dress, you love the dress.

Either way, you will look fabulous in whatever dress you wear!

I completely understand the sadness with the experience being over! I have the same thing. Since I was so early I am waiting another 6 months before I get it altered just to see how much weight I lose between now and then.

That being said I guess I should put my dress up here too! Sorry it is the stock photo, the picture of me in my actual dress got deleted from my sister's phone, so I will just have to wait until alteration time to get another. :(

I got it in diamond white so that I don't match the sand lol, and I am getting rid of the bow. I am also thinking about changing the neckline to make it more of a sweetheart, but still undecided about that part.

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
