I was so nervous about looking at gowns when I was first engaged because of my height. I just figured they would all fall too short!!! This was the first gown I fell in love with and knew it was the one immediately! My seamstress didn't even have to mess with the length...and it was even kind of tricky walking in the sand with it!  It's nice to hear there are other tall brides out there!!

Thanks!!  Certainly is nice too see other tall brides I was a bit concerned myself - height and all...  I am wearing very simple sandals and the woman at Pronovias just couldn't wrap her head around the fact that I wasn't wearing heels.  She was so concerned that I needed the extra length on the dress even though it is plenty long enough especially for sandals.  I attached a picture of my dress, you can see there is plenty of length! The bodice is my favorite part!!

Stefanie, that dress is beautiful!  I love the structure of the bodice and I agree that it's a good length for sandals on the beach

Looks beautiful!  And it actually almost looks too long for you!  I can't believe anyone thought you would need more length.

I also got the 'what do you mean you're not wearing heels' speech when I bought my Pronovias. I also made the mistake of mentioning the TTD session and the manager almost fainted. It was pretty funny.

 

I love the detailing on the top, it's beautiful!
