Just an update on my dress situation.. The first dress is in and I'm going to try it on again tomorrow. So hopefully I can figure out if I am going to sell it and get either the destiny(#2) or something else. I like number 1 it's just not exactly what I'm wanting in a silhoute. I want more of the mermaid.. Wish me luck! and thanks for all the advice!!

I love #1 and #2, I want to try on #1 too. I have never seen the second one but it's really nice too. I don't think you can go wrong with any of them.

Yes!  I tried this one on and it is GORGEOUS.  They sell the original at Haute Bride on Union Street in San Francisco, but I forget the name of the designer...  The store is locally owned and the people are really nice -- if you call or email them and send this picture, they can let you know.  I remember the dress being very reasonably priced.  Even after buying my final dress, I still had second thoughts because of this one.  If you want to see a pic of it on me, PM me and I'll send it.  It is just as pretty in the back as it is in the front.

you can never go wrong with Maggie Sottero dresses (#1) they are made to fit most body shapes but you should really try them on. Picking a dress in a picture may set you up for dissapointment. I was IN LOVE with a dress and when i went to try it on it looked awful on me....i looked like i was jumping out of a cake LOL

 

Not sure who the designer is on #2 but if you print the picture and bring it with you to a bridal boutique, they should be able to help or find you something similar.

Hi Ladies

 

So, i decided. I stuck with my first instinct and went with #2. I love it. It fits beautifully, its comfortable and its unique I ordered in in white though, the picture is showing diamond white. I cant wait for it to come in but i have to wait 4 to 5 months!

Cricket2168 - I have #1 on my list to try on as well. I love most of Maggie's dresses. I also like #2.  I would try them all on & see what you feel most beautiful in! Good luck with your choice!
