Okay I have a question for you ladies...

I am trying to decide on jewelry now. My dress has a beading detail on the side which has pearls in it. 

 

I am wondering if I should go in the more traditional bridal pearl direction or go in more of a beachy-pearl style. I am normally more drawn to laid back items rather then serious jewels but since it is my wedding day I just don't know what to do. I asked my sisters and they are split! :) 

 

Does anyone have their jewelry picked out yet? Anyone go for more of a beachy-boho look rather then traditional with the jewelry?

I haven't found anything yet but I want to go for a more beachy-boho look (thanks for a great way to described it!)  I'm actually thinking that I might even do some color since I'm not a rhinestone/diamond/pearl girl at all!  Bridesmaids are wearing navy blue dresses and I'm going to but them hot pink earrings and bracelets so I'm thinking I may do something similar for myself.

Well thanks guys, at least I know I'm not alone!  We don't have a TA, and our hotel is made up of 3 bed/3 bath villas, so we have to match everyone up.  Obviously we can't do that without RSVPs!  Oh well, I knew this part was going to be kind of a headache.  It will be fine!  And soon I can just start tracking people down.  Haha.

The RSVPs are a huge headache. I don't understand people. I fill out an RSVP the proper way and send it back immediately.  I have had 3 come back with NO NAMES. Who does that? They were all declines, but still., Oddly enough 2 of them wrote a little note stating that they are having a baby and won't be able to travel. Well, we have NO CLUE which one of our friends to congratulate! We have 2 friends that are expecting and have no clue who it is! One of them said we were one of the first people to know. I heard from other girls to number each RSVP and keep track on a spreadsheet in case this happens but I was so excited to send everything out, I totally forgot! Now, I'm kicking myself in the butt!

yeah i heard AFTER i sent mine that you can number them with black light pen, and it only shows up when you hold it under a black light!  genius.  but it doesn't help me, now does it?  haha.  oh well.  next time we get married... (totally joking of course.)

i found jewelry difficult too!  FI's mom made me a freshwater pearl necklace that is pretty unique a while back, and i LOVE it, so i just decided to roll with that.  this may not be helpful, but i think you should maybe try both styles with your dress and choose what you love.  you can't go wrong!

      Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010.       Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations.
