This is so cute! I wish I could bring my 2 boston terriers, so I totally understand incorporating your fur babies in there somewhere.

I love that everyone's talking about our puppy-dogs. I would love to have my lab be in our wedding, but at 90lbs... and he's a lab so he's always full of energy, even at 7 y/o. I can't really bring him to Jamaica, or our honeymoon.

We'll be gone for 2 weeks too. Married in Jamaica, and then somewhere else for our honeymoon - maybe DR.

Anyways, here's  picture of my chocolate lab... his name is Hershey :)

I love that this thread has turned into a doggy post! So I might as well join in the fun. Here's my four legged soulmate. We always joke that in the hierarchy, she is first and then my fiance. We also joke that we will never divorce because "we have to stay together for the sake of the dog". In any event- we love her to pieces! Before our destination plans- we looked at catering halls and looked the managers straight in the eyes and asked "is our dog allowed on the premises. She's in the wedding party" and yes. They thought we were insane.

Here's Elly! Can't wait until my fiance gets his suit so we can send the pic to the lady who does the cake topper. Its customizable down to our eye color, hair color, dress and suit. And of course our baby.

I am going to use Mudcards from Etsy too for our cake topper! We opted to omit our Yorkies though. They are prominently featured in our engagement shoot photos  but since we aren't bringing them to Grand Cayman, we decided not to put them in the topper. Mudcards is pricey but I think she does a great job I am just hoping it stays in tact when transporting it on the plane!

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
