    Hi Ladies! Jamielynn...Check with your TA and with Hard Rock because according to the documents i have you have to have 25 rooms booked in order to qualify for the free private functions. My wedding is in 2014 so yours could be different but that is what they have in my documents I was given while i did my site visit and from my WC in Miami. The communication with this resort is the biggest problem i have been coming across so i only e mail my WC now so i have everything she tells me on record

    your wedding group contract (which means all of your guests booking together under one contact) has to collect 75 room nights or 11 rooms for a week. This will provide you with 3 hours a day of private parties (1 hour cocktail-2 hours dinner) anything above and beyond those hours you pay per table for service per hour. And that just includes there standards linens and table set ups.

      Hi ladies!!! I just got engaged this past weekend and so the wedding planning has begun!!! I was considereing HRH or Paradisus but am undecided about which one. does anyone know how I can contacts someone from the wedding team at HRH, also if any of you ladies who have been married there can give me some info on hos it went. thanks so much!!!

        Yes- I am getting married at the Hard Rock July 2013 and I already booked over 30 rooms and I was told the max I will get is 2 free private functions. In order to get that you have to book at least 25 rooms. If anyone was given other information please share. Thanks =)

          I am also a 2014 bride to be.  I received my contract and just need to send in my deposit.  I have also researched photographers and videographers.  Still need to pick sites for wedding, food, decorations.  I would love to see what you have found out and I will let you know what I have found out.  Just private message me and we can discuss.  Thanks alot!
