Plastic Tumblers at Dollar Tree!

Recommended Posts

I just bought the last 52 coffee mugs from my local dollar tree. They are the same size as the clear tumblers but have a lid that can open and close and a rubber grip they come in like 5 different colors. Pretty cute for 1 dollar. I'm planning on printing my monogram on clear sticky labels and attaching them on. Hopefully it works lol.

I did purchase more of the smaller cups in orange since our colors are orange and pink.. I forgot to bring one to work, but will post pictures tonight.

Also they had more coffee cups in, that I love and think would be perfect!!! Not only for the ones who drink coffee, but for the alcoholic drinks, the holes are great for ice not smacking you in the face. :o) Or the lid can be removed or insert a straw. Now if only I could find more pink.. Here is a picture. I have bought many of these in the past for my crafts.

They come in Brown, Navy Blue, Pink, Orange and Red.

Ahhhh I love these!!!  So are you just going to bring a big bag or ship ahead of time?  I so wish I could convince FI that cups are a worthwhile effort.  Especially since you say these come in navy blue!

My fiance doesn't know I've bought these yet.. I'm sure he is going to flip. But with the cups at our resort being so small, I think this is a great investment. also, I need to add.. the new cups are a little different from the picture I posted above. It actually has a flip lip to cover the drinking hole. Great addition in my opinion. :o)   I have 30 cups, that I think (hope) I can manage getting to the resort. but I'm not sure how many people will end up coming. I've read nightmare stories of shipping before hand, so Im hoping my plan to pack everything will work out. I may have to ask friends or family to help carry a bag or put a thing or two here or there in their luggage.

LOL... My FI and I live in different states, I have turned my craft room into "The Wedding Room" I have soo much stuff. I wont let my FI walk in the room, because I know he will probably have a cow. He thinks we should keep everything simple.

Oh you guys, I'm so glad I'm not alone.  Lol.  When you live in a 600 sq ft apartment there is really no hiding anything from anyone.  Maybe I'll start bargaining with him - I'll stop buying things we have to transport to the wedding if you will stop leaving your socks and cereal bowls everywhere.

The flip top over the drinking hole does nothing but make me want to buy them more!

LOL... Oh how I don't look forward to that. lol. My FI's moms say I should have started training him when we first met. lol

I love these cups!!.. I've got to find a way to get these to our guests.. I think of all the OOT items, this is one they will appreciate the most. Even if it means wrapping them in celephane and attaching a cute tag closer to our departure date. This way everyone can transport their own cups. :o) I just wish I could find more pink ones though.. I've only gotten a hold of 3. :o(

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
