The guitarist played those 4 songs on the guitar..

Congratulations! Our tastes are very similar. I am obsessed with the Dusty Shale and have been set on it, but went to Nordstrom this past weekend and saw the Hint of Mint and Beach Glass and love them just as much. Do you have any pictures of your girls in that color on the beach? Congratulations again!

Thank you! I know I love the dusty shale jcrew color but was trying to find something more affordable for my BMs and I am glad I chose the hint of mint for nordys...it looked so beautiful and we got so many compliments! I wanted beach colors and that is exactly what it was!

I have seen the new nordstrom BM dress color by the same brand (can't remember what it is now lol) and I think it is the beach glass and I love that too.

I will post some pics from my phone in a few minutes (on a new computer without the pics).

Happy planning :)

The WC runs the iPod for the ceremony (you have to have someone run it for the reception or DJ). I just explained it to her real quick during our meeting and she did a great job!

It didn't turn out exactly like I was planning for the toasting only because I didn't understand exactly the flow of things (my WC even tried to clarify with me on the wedding day and I misunderstood so it was my fault). You need a song for the signing of the marriage certificate, which happens right before you are announced, then a song for after you are announced and walk back down the aisle.

Then they get the champagne out and this was the "toasting" and those four songs just played through after the one I had set for the recessional (I think that is what it is called when you walk back down after the ceremony lol I can never get it right!).

Hope that made sense and feel free to ask any other questions!

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
