This is my second marriage, but my FI's first. From my previous marriage I have a daughter, she is now 3 1/2. My FI has been in the picture since she was 9 months old, so even though she goes to my ex husbands house every other weekend, she still refers to my FI as Daddy. We obviously want to include her in the sand ceremony but Im wondering how to accomplish this. She will probably be too short to do it alone even though she is fully capable, and I do not want to be lifting her in my wedding dress. Any suggestions? Has anyone seen something different done or have other ideas??

I would have your FI hold her. Or you could always bring a folding step stool for her to stand on. http://www.diapers.c...tool-blue-36112
You can spray paint it with the rustoleum plastic furniture spray paint and that would work quite well.

Thanks! I might just do the stool thing since she would love that idea!
