Has anyone used, or is anyone considering using Wedit in place of a wedding videographer? I just learned about it on Pinterest- apparently for $500 they send you 5 flip cams, which your guests use to film the festivities from a variety of viewpoints, and then they edit it into a wedding video for you. Thought it could be a fun and more affordable alternative to a videographer... Anyone have personal experience with the company they can share? www.wedit.com

Awesome idea!! I had no idea up until right now about it. Looking forward to hearing about brides that have used the service. I just viewed a sample video and its pretty cool. The only thing I wasnt super crazy about is the music plays even through the ceremony. I would have liked to capture some of our vows?

I think you -or they- can edit it that way! I saw one video on their site that cut to and from the music for talking!

Looks like I can't even use the service anyway as they don't ship the cameras outside the US and I am in Canada.

              :o(
