I actually brought over empty tequila bottles(so I don't have to deal with the weight and spilling or breakage) and the wedding coordinators got me bottles of tequilas from the resort bar to fill them up. no cost:) very nice of them. Just one thing though, the labels were printed on avery clear label sheets, they looked very nice, but the moment a drop of tequila got on them..the words came right off!!!we had to be so careful when we were filling them up..:) hope that helps.
Awesome, thanks! Don't know why I never thought of bringing empty bottles but that is definitely what I will do!! :)

Hi!! The 2nd time doing this thread, I think I got it right this time:) These are the save the dates and the boarding pass invites. I bought the pearl card stock from paper and more and printed them

I shipped most thru Fedex..and they made me pay an extra 80 dollars when it got to the resort..:( 

If I had to do it again, I would bring it myself..beacuse customs went thru my package and messed up and opened my first aid kit and mask even though they were all in see thru bags. Ridiculous..i spent a day fixing them. 

So even of i had problems with customs at the airport, at least i can see what they are doing and explain. 

and no, i did not have any trouble at the airport with the rest of the wedding stuff.. they see a lot of brides i guess..they know the stuff i had was for a wedding:)

      Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!

      Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else.
