Photography is the most important feature in a wedding in my opinion.  People will forget the food, the cake, the music but pictures last forever.  Good photography is not hard to come by but amazing photographers who capture real moments is difficult to find especially for those on a budget.

I would faint if I won this package.
The reason why I am doing a destination wedding is because my family couldn't afford a wedding back home. So I am draining my savings to pay for a destination wedding and pay for my poor relatives to come witness my special day.

I am hoping to marry next year, either March, April or May. I have seen Mr Samuel's work it is jaw dropping. I love how he can capture the moment as it happens and is a story teller.  I would be honored if he was my photographer!  I can't wait to share my photos with my future children and grandchildren when the time comes. I want to show them how beautiful and special our day was when we became a family.

I often look back at my parents photos and grandparents and reminsce.  Unfortunately there are no wedding photos of theirs due to the war in their home country. My parents got married at the court house with no family witnesses or photographers.

Hi Samuel Luna,

What can I say about photography. Photography is a very important part of my life and has shaped who I am. My family has been very big in capturing moments in life. I am very happy that my parents and grandparents have captured their lives in photos and has allowed me to experience  their special moments. I have boxes of pictures from my great grandparents and grandparents. I actually have my grandparents wedding photo hung up in my house. Long after I am gone from this Earth there will be pictures for my kids and my kids children to relive all the great moments of my life.

Wedding day pictures are so important as they capture that moment when two people become one. Since we are having a destination wedding, a lot of our elder family members (75+ years old) cannot make it, however we hope that through our photography, they can get a little piece of what that day was and meant to us. Also you spend all this time planning your special day, photography is a good way to capture every moment. It could be that joke that made everyone laugh, all your guests, walking in being seated, the look in your partner's eyes during that first dance. These are all very special moments that can be captured fro a lifetime!

I wish I could post pictures here..LOL! My fiance knows how much I love photography that the day he proposed (my profile picture), he actually had a professional photographer there to capture the moment that changed my life! There is even a picture of me handing my boyfriend at the time my personal camera so he take pictures of my birthday toast and me opening my first gift. Little did I know he was about to propose and had a camera man there the whole time. So yes, as you see, photography is very important to us!! :)

Thank you for this opportunity.

Photographs have the unique ability to make a memory tangible. They encapsulate the details of a personal history which time can erase from recollection. How many of life's moments would be lost, were it not for the nudge of a photograph to remind us?  The beauty of photography is that it allows you  to revisit a moment again and again. These images are meaningful and will only increase in personal value as time goes on.

On the day that we promise forever, photography will tell the story of how our special day unfolds.  Each image will play a part in preserving our memories. They will reflect  our personalities, the essence of we are and the love that we have for each other and the guests who loved us enough to travel and share in one of the happiest days of our lives. These photos will capture fleeting expressions, make beauty timeless and an instant last forever. Real moments will carry the narrative and the photos of these moments will have the power to bring a tear of joy or a smile for years to come. This is why photography is of utmost importance to me.

Photography on my wedding day is very important to me. Even though it will be a small destination wedding, the most important people in my life will be there. We will have four generations of women all together celebrating a memorable day. My grandmother who is 90 years old will be by my side, it will be a delight to take pictures with her on one of the most wonderful days of my life. We have never had the opportunity to take a four-generation picture, so I am truly looking forward to receiving her blessings on this special day. I will cherish these pictures for a life time. I can just envision, decades from now where those very portraits are hanging in the living room of my great-grand children, as they point out to their visitors and proudly relay the story of family members at their great-grandmother's wedding. I am excited about memories beyond my life time being depicted in these photographs.

Wedding photography is the best way to immortalize your special day. You only get one chance (hopefully) of capturing your wedding day, so it is wise to employ a professional wedding photographer for this important task. Do you want to look back fondly a remember just how great your wedding was, how happy all of your family and friends were or will you look back regretfully having wished you hired an experienced, professional photographer. Itâ€s fine to have family and friends bring a camera and take photos of their own, but at the end of the day having professional quality photos taken using professional equipment will produce results that you will be able to treasure for years and even share with future generations. A couple will spend many months planning a wedding, and it will cost many dollars, for just one special day. Think of all the planning that goes into this one day, it is an event like no other. The planning may have began years before the actual day (perhaps many years before in the brides imagination!). A location needs to be booked, dresses and suit fittings need to be attended, cakes, food, drinks, flowers are needed, guest lists created, table settings, invitations, vows to be written and rehearsed, the list goes on and on. There is a reason we spend so much time, effort and money on weddings. They are the celebration of a couples love for each other, shared with family and friends. An event that brings people together, often from interstate and sometimes from another country. How often do we get to enjoy such occasions? Not often enough. The wedding day is the start of the rest of the bride and grooms lives together. There are so many great photo opportunities at a wedding that do not present themselves in many other occasions. Everyone is dressed smartly and looking their best. All involved are genuinely happy and honored to be there. And sure, people have been know to have a few drinks and a dance or two – all of which make for fantastic photographs. When it comes to wedding photography it is important to chose the best photographer for your unique wedding. Photographers are individuals just like everyone else. Each has their own style.

Photography is one of the most important aspects of the big day.  It captures the special moments that you will want keep and treasure for a lifetime.  With all the excitement of actually living the day that you've spent months planning, it can go by way too fast.  Photographers can work their magic and capture all of the spectular, not-to-be missed moments that I can't wait to look back on for the rest of my life. Plus I love how great photographers can transform the typical wedding day shots to showcase the wedding memories in such a fun, creative way!

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
