DIY Beach Bags! (Picture)

I started this over on the OOT thread but it's definitely a DIY too!  I couldn't find any beach bags I liked at the right price, so my friend and I are sewing them ourselves.  We got the first one done last night, and I love the way it turned out.  It's going to end up being about $4.50-$5 per bag (plus the endless hours of labor, but no one is paying us for that!).  I put a magazine and water bottle in it to test it out, so that's what you can sort of see through the bag.

Thank you!  It honestly isn't hard - just takes time.  And you do need a sewing machine.  If not for my friend, I'd never be brave enough to do it myself!

Thanks everyone!!  Ty, originally I bought enough materials for 36 bags, but let's just say we had a hard time keeping our guest list in check, and I had to buy stuff for another 20.  So there will be 56, and if my parents keep adding people to the guest list, I don't know what I'll do!

Oh and I ended up with 4 different styles.  I'll post a pic of them all when I can remember to take a picture!
