Dress and parasol, do they go together?

Recommended Posts

I am having them carry them instead of flowers and then I figured then can do whatever they want with them in the ceremony. If it's hot and they want it up, that's fine. If it's annoying and they want to put it down, that's fine too. I am trying to take a laidback approach to it all, it's mainly for pictures and it was WAY cheaper then having to buy them all bouquets.

Thank you for sending the Nordies link.

I checked it out and they have the same dress in a different color that I love!

I am actually thinking of changing my colors from chocolate and blue to chocolate and pink to go with the dress.

I just sent a mass email to my BM's regarding their thoughts.

Yari - maybe you don't need to get rid of the blue at all, but add pink to your colors. My colors are blue, fuschia and orange. Some things combine all three, but most are only 2 of each. Don't know if I am making sense, except to say that I still have blue as one of my colors with this dress!

I wonder can they personalize the parasols with maybe names and dates? I think I am going to purchase one as well for pictures and because you can't order less than 6..but still have flowers. What do you think?
I think that sounds very cute.

I am not sure if they can be personalized, but more than likely can be.

I finally decided what to do for the AHR for the four BM's that aren't coming to Jamaica. I want to order parasols for them as well, so when we get photos done here, they aren't left out... Help me pick which one matches better.

Here are my original BM dresses and their parasols

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
