MAC Makeup Artist in Cancun, Playa del Carmen

Searching for the right make-up artist was a little tough because there was not much information available for artists in the Cancun, Playa del Carmen area and for the ones that were available, the prices were too high and I wasn't too happy with them.  I found Norma Zurama after reading through hundreds of threads on this site and I am soooo thankful that I found her. Not only does she have magic hands, she works for MAC as a Retail Manager, she is a perfectionist who is amazing at what she does and her prices are great. She will work with you on the pricing if you book a group with her.

 

When I first contacted Norma, I was expecting not to hear from her for a couple of days (which is usually the response time I was

getting from other vendors). Norma responded within 30 minutes! I was happy to hear that she was available and provided me with pricing right on the spot. She asked for each of us to have a picture ready of the type of makeup we wanted so that she can replicate the day of. On the day, of course we forgot the pictures but she was able to know what each of us wanted by just describing to her.

 

She showed up on the day at the time we agreed on and went right to work! She is also quick at the makeup application but even though she is fast, she does an amazing job! She was even able to squeeze my mother in who I didn't initially book. Everyone was completely happy with their make-up and she made everyone look even more gorgeous than they already are. I booked Norma Zurama for my wedding in Cancun on June 30, 2016. It was so easy to communicate with Norma via email to book my date and to ask any questions that I had. She made me feel very comfortable with the whole process. On the day of, Norma arrived with Selene who was there to do our hair. They arrived right on time. We had 3 others getting hair and makeup done not including me. Everyone was so happy with the way their hair and makeup turned out. I loved everything about both my hair and makeup. I could not have been happier, everything was amazing. I would highly recommend using Norma!
