Have you decided on a specific cruise line or ship? Lots to choose from. Almost all of them do really nice jobs with weddings. Seems to be a growing trend.

My BM did this three years ago and got married in St. Thomas (the first port). The cruise was the best vacation I have ever been on, we had so much fun. I would have went this route, but since it has already been done in my group of friends I had to do something different.

I am a St Thomas bride and have found Angela to be the best.
I have recently started working with Angela as well and am quite happy. She replies to emails within a day or two and is open to all of my questions/thoughts/ideas.

I am glad to see that I am not the ONLY USVI bride on here. I have never been to St Thomas before but that is where the wedding will be....

This seems to be a pretty old thread but I thought I would respond. We are also doing an RCCL cruise on Freedom of the Seas and getting married while in port in Jamaica on 2/4/09. Can't wait! I can let you know how it goes!

We're getting married in port, I'm not using TWE or RR, due to everyones horror stories I've read. Plus I have a slight issue with not knowing my location till so late. I'd really have to go bridezilla girl_werewolf.gif if anything was screwed up. Just figured I'd add my 2 cents =)

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
