My wedding plans are almost identical to yours as far as place and time of day.

I will be getting married there in October of this year. I am getting super nervous

as any pictures I have seen the Gazebo looks crowded and not 100% on the

decorations or the layout of it... so hard letting go of control and just dealing

with it all when I get there... ANY tips or tricks or ANYTHING at all- now that

you have been there and are now married (btw: Congrats!)

Look of the ceremony? Still bright, or getting dim out? Layout? Flow

of the night from ceremony to photos? Dinner? Reception?

Photographer? entertainment?

Freaking out ;)

I have the option on 1pm or  6:15pm...

i know how you feel about the decorations. Im not thrilled about that either. I dont like the plain look at all

I sent an email to the Majestic site (wedding coordinators and meeting planners) for this information but it has been three weeks and I have not received a reply. I'm getting married at the Jellyfish but my guests are staying at the Elegance. Thanks!

This is a great question! I've been through three wedding planners now (I feel like I'm a curse to these poor women, lol) so it's been difficult for me to get answers to many of my questions. I would love to have some sort of bonfire or welcome party! My FI suggested we do an afternoon at the beach and make two teams out of our guests (maybe be have awesomely dorky t-shirts made) and have a tournement of games like sand volleyball, frisbee, etc. Do you guys think the average wedding guest would think it's fun or lame?

      Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010.       Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations.
