I am about to get started on my fitness plan/life change. I gained weight in the last 2 years due to major job stress so i'm trying to get myself back into my healthy routine. I started yoga to help with my core, flexibility, and stress management. Then i'm introducing Zumba in the next 2 weeks. I'm trying to work my way back to doing Insanity which is nuts but I liked. lol. I have a rough road but I'm determined to lose the weight I put on in the next year.

Good for you jandl2013 - hoping you see some changes for yourself, most importantly from the mental perspective, and then the body stuff seems to follow suit I need to go visit the threads about fitness and lifestyle, I can talk about this stuff all day
