The first type of box I was going to use didn't work out... I found these today - This is how I am sending them out - The boxes will get wrapped and labeled - (will post when I get to that part). LL Scent packets to get the Tropical Vibe going on. . . LL A piece of tissue and the STDs tucked in nicely. LL I stamped the inside of the box top...  awww heehe LL I had to get two styles of boxes as they only had half as many in each style then I needed... both are cute! (sorry the pics suck... my phone apparently takes bad photos in this light)
Combined thisbpost and your multi post..are we stilk supposed to count post after 150 I stopped always use multi. .Uh Oh.. Yes you are definitely gonna have to top these off tough act to follow. .hahaha. they are truly amazing though all the way to the package and scent..I love the stamp too.Did it come from Michael's? My FI is the same he hates being barefoot as well. .always yells at me like a child for being barefoot.

Yes, I am also planning for August of 2014. After much research via the web, I am traveling there this week to visit some of the hotels. I can give feedback upon my return. I am staying at Now Jade and visiting Now Sapphire, Dreams Tulum, Generations Maroma, and hopefully a few others.

Hhaha yeah - I am very crafty!  I love doing stuff like this (even when it makes me wanna bang my head into a wall)    I actually make crafts and stuff like floral arrangements (silk and real) and lot of other stuff to sell.. .. and jewelry    so I feel like people will expect something like this from me.    Good thing I think its fun hahaha AND  Thank You for saying so! : )
No. Crafty you. .would've never guessed that. Hahaha. Your gonna have to give me some diy pointers. I want to do Barefoot sandals too for myself and the girls

It was pretty simple (minus the extra things I did just to make it difficult on myself - but where not necessary)

I'd be happy to give you a breakdown of what I did when you get to making something - if that would help.

I would love a breakdown! It would make it much easier for me. Like I said, I'm not very crafty, but I think I'm going to give it a shot!

I still need jewelry for myself and I want it for my fitting but have no intention on spending a lot of money for it.  My dress was my splurge, the jewelry will be on the cheap so maybe I can find something there!

Speaking of jewelry... I heard it was wedding etiquette to supply your bridesmaids with their wedding jewelry? Is that true??

3261654b38f4f0fd_VW351172_CAT_VW_13F.larger.jpgHere's the dress I fell in love. White by Vera Wang, like an idiot I didn't take a picture in it. but it fit me so nice and i'm only 5 feet! The only thing is it only comes in Ivory and I need a White dress b/c the FI has chosen his white suit (got it on sale at express) and i guess we kinda have to match. So I am going with Jasmine's Bridal to replicate it for me in white. I too, am not wearing a "beachy, destination" wedding dress. I figured...Go big or Go Home! I'm only doing this once and I'll never get to wear something like this again!!! But my girls are doing the beachy feel with convertible dresses and flat silver sandals. My flower girls, however, will be in the traditional white dress with the colored sash and my ring bearer's father has insisted "a true gentleman does not go casual for such an occasion", so my baby cousin will be in a grey vest and pants with white shirt and bow tie.

I was thinking of buying my jewelry here, it's not expensive and looks awesome, it's David Tutera's Embellish Line

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
