That's good you can recoup... That's nice visiting the family, have lots of seafood for me..lol......Great that they will want to talk wedding, most of my wedding talk with friends/family is negative..It can be quite overwhelming because of all the different opinions, but try not to let it just enjoy the break away..

Great response but, I love yours the best tell them to cut the s*** and mind their business..I mean only person the ring should matter to is you..The ring is materialistic not a symbol of your love and commitment to one another..

 

Hhaha your right.. I am like a kid on Christmas Eve!    There were a few times on Vacation when we were at very pretty spot that I would say "if you have a ring in your pocket now would be a good time to give it to me!"  hahah all I got was some dirty looks

Ohhh - I stayed up too late last night .. took a little cat nap... now I am wide awake ...  *sighs* same thing will probably happen tomorrow!

 

No plans really.... just relaxing... we usually go camping this weekend but since we just got home from vacation we decided not to go this year... now I really wish we were going!!!

Hello brides-to-be! I'm not sure if any of you are still looking for a TA. I was hesitant about using one at first and now so happy I did. Her name is Lindsey ahe is from Tropics Travel. If anyone is interested PM me and I will give you her info. I can't say enough about her she calls me and checks in, got us low prices, keeping a spread sheet of guests rooms and flights, setting up private transportation AND she is offering to help out with shower ideas and my honey moon which I did not even book through her! Honestly she's amazing, if anyone is looking for a travel agent she is worth looking into! Hope everyone's planning is going well :)

Speaking of honeymoons.....are you ladies going to another location to honeymoon or are you extending your stay at your resort to serve as your honeymoon? I initially extended our stay 5 days after the wedding is over to have alone time since all our guests will be leaving on a Monday, but I was thinking do I want to stay at the same place for 12 days!!! Just curious to know what you chicas are doing!!

      Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!

      Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else.
