How are you ladies doing this evening. I fell off the wedding planning wagon. Work tends to be a little overwhelming. I'm managing though. So.... Save the dates are going to be created this weekend and hopefully I'll have them in the mail by next weekend. I'm being very proactive.

I still don't have colors picked out. I can't choose.

I'm also stressing out about my budget... ughhhh

Anyways how are you ladies fairing?

I too have fallen off the wedding planning wagon. After we sent out our invites in June, and everyone put their deposits down by mid August, I haven't even touched wedding planning stuff.

I mean, yes, we are doing our legal ceremony next Wednesday (OMG!), but I really need to sit down, go over our budget again, and figure out exactly what our expenses will be! Start booking people, and get all that in order. And now I can start buying stuff for our OOT bags :D

On an :offtopic2:moment...... we pick up our puppy tonight!!!!!!!! :woot::pinkie::smile123:

I can't wait until I get to that point. I'm still feeling very lost in the sauce of it all.

I'm not sure if this has been asked or not but did anyone do Return address labels? Or stamps? I'm on a budget and I'm trying to decide which would be most economical.

I did return address labels- ordered them from Vistaprint and got two sets of 10 pages I think for like $15 dollars. They are fantastic and I love them very much!

Don't feel lost. It will come. I'm on a very very tight budget so saving is very very important for me. I have to cut corners everywhere I possibly can, and that's what I've been doing. found rubber stastamps to decorate outside ofeenvelopes from jo anns for like 5.00. I did find some very inexpensive return address labels on www.colorfulimages.com I also found good deals on vistaprint (haven't used them yet). I did std on shutterfly (love that place) my RSVP are boarding pass rsvp so just have to put stamp on those for guests. I've bought tons of things from previous bdw brides

Thanks hun! See the thing about buying from past brides is... I don't have any colors or themes in mind so it's hard. I'm also not sure of what I will need. I'm going to stop making excuses and... make some decisions. I'm my own biggest barrier. I think I just want everything to be perfect.... whatever that may be. I am getting my STD done through shutterfly. I found a coupon and I really like the price of the picture STD, so I'm pleased.

Me toom I love shutterfly. I used 3differrnt types of std. They were all different colors. If u get any dresses from Davids bridal, you'll get 20.00 gift card for shutterfy. So I was getting 50 of them for like 6.00. If youre not sure of colors.buy things from past brides that are general in color and can be used no matter the color. Like clear, white, papers, etc for diy projects. Mrs and mrs. Signs etc. Gift tags and luggage tags, etc.

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
